King Charles stands accused of having links to slavery, such as Charles II the Second, and the Africa Trading company.

This true story, is based on real events supported by hard and verified documentary evidence. The chapter chronology reveals systematic institutionalised discrimination and unlawful expenditure from the public purse, to continue nursing a lie, and prevent corrupt officers and councillors from being discovered. Even, including Sussex police, and the Courts.

The first lie was an Enforcement Report from Wealden's planning officers to a secret closed session, where the member councillors were told that Victor von Woolfe had a criminal record. Even though such matters are not material consideration, and the matter was spent under the rehabilitation of offenders acts, the officers gained permission to enforce. The members (apparently) voting to abuse their victim's right to a fair hearing, in not following the proper procedure concerning historic buildings.

This is confirmed in an Affidavit from a concerned citizen, who saw the Enforcement Report, and reported the crime to Wealden's monitoring officers. Not once, but many times. And that made no difference at all. Wealden carried on as before. Turning misfeasance in public office, into malfeasance.

What could have been dealt with as simple administrative error, was compounded in such a way, that the behaviour of this council, could not be construed in any other way. It was a Vendetta, plain and simple.

Wealden District began their Vendetta in an era without the internet. Hence, they believed, that as they had been doing much the same to others (see Petition) behind closed doors, for many a year, that nobody would find out what they were like. They thought like Heinrich Himmler, that nobody would find out about his ultimate solution. When in reality, the horrors of the concentrations camps became revealed in full at the Nuremberg War Trials, at the conclusion of World War Two. And that was only because the Allied Forces defeated Nazi Germany.

Likewise, the Word Wide Web became a place where information could be shared, and the Human Rights Act 1998, began to alter the "discrimination" landscape. In that councils could no longer hide behind their portals. They, became answerable. And no sooner that happened, when they clammed up even more. Closing the shutters, so to speak.

But going back in time to 1981, none of that would have occurred to Wealden's officers. Who, thought themselves above the law. Gods. And so they put the boot in. They began operating as agents for near neighbours - almost as if they were receiving back-handers in brown enveloped. And, that may well have been the case (allegedly). For it seems logical, but as yet the Alliance have no cast iron proofs.

Wealden, working with the Parish council and Sussex police, were so determined to disenfranchise Victor, that they were prepared to spend over £500,000 half a million pounds of public money, pursuing a lie.

Anything, but tell the truth. In over four planning applications and just as many High Court injunctions. All based on a lie.

Eventually, in their desperation, culminating in the framing of an innocent man, for a crime that nobody committed. Rape of a child! The only problem being, that the child turned out to be a virgin.

Intact.

But that little detail, and other glaring anomalies, did not stop Sussex police from gaining a conviction. They simply found a medical stooge, and implored her not to conduct the normal tests completely. For if she had done so, they would have no case. No way to quell the mounting number of planning wins, Victor von Woolfe was accumulating.

Wealden's officers were becoming perilously close to prosecution. For malfeasance. Meaning they'd lose their jobs and pensions.

Why would a police force stoop to such tactics?

That is what is revealed in this drama, a tale of truth, in a world of corruption in local politics. A world where a secret society like the Masons, is suspected of having more than a little part to play. Where the child, was the daughter of a single parent mother who was jilted, the daughter of a Master Mason, from a Lodge in Eastbourne. Just a stones throw from the police station in Grove Road (now closed). The Mason involved in what appears to be a revenge motivation, was also a councillor, with significant influence within Wealden and Sussex police.

Our Hero, was wrongfully imprisoned, a broken man, more than a little disillusioned with so-called British justice. While being held by Her Majesty's prison service, he resolved to get to the bottom of the frame-up, and expose those who were and some who still are party to the conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. The Vendetta.

But, as the story reveals, that would not be easy. Though, his prison diaries are an interesting snapshot of humans rights abuses in that particular goldfish bowl.

This is a true story of real determination and True Grit, worthy of John Wayne, or James Stewart. And other wonderful courtroom dramas, such as Rules of Engagement, where good finally triumphs over evil. Other great films in this genre include 'Double Jeopardy' and 'The Fugitive.'

If you liked any of those, you'll probably like this series. The only difference being, those were fiction, but these chronicles are based on a true story, with only the names of the victim (Victor von Woolfe) and location changed, to protect his real identity. The law as it stands, also prevents us from revealing the identity of the girl and her mother, making the false accusations. Hence, their names have been changed.

Victor von Woolfe is The British Colonial Bulldog, the South African Iron Man fighting injustice

THE COLONIAL BULLDOG - Politicians rarely tell the truth. That is one reason the UK's National Debt is so high. A lack of forward planning and reserves, and the inability to read world conditions, has led to the cost of living and climate crises. In this story, our hero is a bull mastiff type of character. A hardy breed, that does not shy from a fight, crossed with wolverine cunning, as the tactics of his opponent is catalogued and analyzed. Their zeal for misdirection, trips them up, when inconvenient facts finally rise to the surface. Finally, The Bulldog began to turn the tables on corrupt planning officials, as he took them on and won appeals for those unable to afford expensive lawyers. Actions speak louder than words. The Colonial became a high profile advocate. The Advocate became a target that must be suffocated, no matter how. The stakes were high.

Corruption lurks in every corridor of local and national buildings. Queen Elizabeth was asked for help. She declined, in denial of the 1689 Bills of Rights. The duty to provide an effective remedy, now rests with King Charles. Incompatibility in Human Rights terms, is where one statute does not comply with HR statute. The European Convention does include Article 13, the right to an effective remedy. Strange that any nation would deliberately omit the right to an effective remedy. It sounds like the sort of thing that Adolf Hilter might employ, in his quest to build a master race, and annihilate all opposition.
